Tubular positive plates are comprised of:
• spines, of 1st fusion Pb/Sb alloy, in 19 spines,
• sheath of synthetic, acid-resistant material in 19 thin tubes of 8.75 mm in diameter,
• active material (produced with oxide obtained from primary lead with 99.99 purity level) as a paste, and injected under pressure into the sheath so as to allow a uniform and complete filling of the thin tubes,
• PVC bottom located at the lower end of the plate, which acts as a lid to avoid any leakage of the active material;

Negative plates are comprised of:
• grid, in 1st fusion Pb/Sb alloy, traditional type, net shaped,
• active material extended uniformly and under pressure over the whole surface

Central bonding with the following specifications:
• a better energy outward flow,
• less electrical resistance,
• high mechanical resistance.

Double separation of opposite sign plates achieved by means of:
• separator in ACE-SIL to isolate the exterior of plates, with the following specifications:
  • high dielectric stiffness,
  • high ionic exchange between plates,
  • high porosity,
  • excellent resistance to oxidation,
  • capacity to preserve molecular structure up to 200º;
• pierced PVC separator with whole backs that have the following roles:
  • prevention of side shortcuts,
  • limitation of sponginess produced by negative plates;

Metal box made of highly resistant steel, reinforced thickness and anti-acid treatment all over its surface. All boxes are leak-tight, thus avoiding electrolyte leakage and protecting engines and chassis of equipment.

Injected polypropylene containers.
Containers are electronically injected and tested for their high impact resistance, ensuring the absence of electrolyte leakage through the shelf life of the battery.
